Hotel Claremont

Our place is called Hotel Claremont and you can find us at V-18/4 in DLF Phase 3. Gurgaon is a fast place, always building something new, but we’re tucked away here. We have rooms for people staying for work or just passing through. It isn't a massive skyscraper, just a regular building where we try to keep things clean and quiet for the guests. Every morning the staff shows up to change the sheets and get the rooms ready for the next person. We spend a lot of time at the front desk answering the same questions about where to get good food or how to find the metro. The address is pretty easy to find once you know the area. Sometimes the internet acts up or a lightbulb goes out, and we have to run around and fix it. It's just the two of us at the desk most nights. We see people from all over. Some are tired from long flights and just want to sleep. We don't have a big lobby with fountains or anything like that. Just a place to stay. The traffic in Gurgaon can be a headache, so we usually tell people to leave early for their meetings. We’ve been here a while and seen the neighborhood change a lot. It’s just a hotel, nothing too crazy about it. We just want people to have a bed to sleep in and a decent shower before they go.
