Hotel City Park

You can find Hotel City Park over at D-249 in Prashant Vihar. It's a well-known spot in New Delhi-85. We've been operating out of this building for many years now. Prashant Vihar is a decent neighborhood, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture here. The hotel isn't trying to be the most modern place in the world, it's just a solid building where we provide rooms. We have a lot of local staff who have been with us for a long time. They know the area well and can tell you where the best shops are. The daily routine is pretty much the same. We check people in, we check them out, and we make sure the place stays clean. It's a lot of hard work behind the scenes. We don't use much marketing; mostly people just see the building when they drive through Prashant Vihar. It's a busy part of the city. We have our own way of doing things that works for us. It’s not about being fancy, it's about being reliable. We handle the bookings and the maintenance every day. Sometimes the power goes out or the water needs fixing, and we just deal with it. That's life in Delhi. We are just a local hotel trying to do a job for the people who stop by. We’ve seen the streets change outside our window quite a bit.
