Hotel City Park - Pitampura New Delhi

Our hotel is called City Park, and though our main name says Pitampura, you can find our office base over in Janak Puri at B-1/159 on the first floor. It’s a New Delhi setup through and through. We handle the bookings and the daily running of the rooms from here. It isn’t a massive corporate chain office, just a floor where we keep the records and talk to guests who call in. Janak Puri is a lively area, and being on the first floor means we can see what’s going on in the street while we work. We’ve had people staying with us for all sorts of reasons—weddings, business trips, or just visiting family in the city. The rooms are kept tidy, and we try to make sure the water is hot and the AC works when it’s supposed to. We don’t go in for all those fancy descriptions you see online. It’s just a place to sleep and feel comfortable. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some coffee. We’ve been doing this for a while and understand what people need when they are away from home. Just a decent bed and a bit of quiet after a long day in Delhi traffic. We’re local people running a local business, trying to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door.
