Hotel Centrum is based over in South Delhi. Specifically, you can find us at F-38, D.D.A. Flats in New Ranjeet Nagar. We are really close to the Satyam Cineplex, which is a big landmark for anyone living around here. If you know the New Delhi 110008 area, you know it is a real mix of residential homes and small commercial spots. Our place is part of the D.D.A. flats, so it has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. It is not like one of those massive, cold hotels you see out on the main highways. We are tucked away a bit. Most of the time, we are just busy keeping the rooms ready and talking to the guests who come through our doors. It involves a lot of cleaning, checking people in, and making sure the kitchen is running. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us trying to keep things comfortable for whoever stays with us. Sometimes the power goes out or there is a maintenance issue we have to fix quickly. That is just part of running a hotel in an older part of the city. We have been here a good while and the people around New Ranjeet Nagar know us by now. It is a simple operation. We do not make big claims about being the best. We just provide a place to sleep near the cinema and be helpful.
