Hotel Bristol

Hotel Bristol has its setup over at Dg Ii/14D in Vikas Puri, New Delhi. This is where we handle the behind-the-scenes work. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't look like a big hotel from the outside. We use this space to manage the daily operations and keep things moving. Vikas Puri is a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and people around. We are right in the middle of it. Our office is a bit cramped sometimes with all the papers and files, but we know where everything is. We spend the day answering calls and dealing with whatever issues pop up. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we have a system. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just regular computers and a lot of notebooks. People who know the area can find us easily enough. We don't bother with big signs or advertisements on the street. Most of our guests find us through word of mouth or the usual listings. We just want to make sure the rooms are ready and the guests are happy. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a very practical way to run things. Sometimes the local market gets loud, but we like being part of the community here in New Delhi 18.
