Hotel Best Western The Emerald

We are located over at P-988 in Pallav Puram-2. Being in Meerut, things feel a bit different than they do in the bigger cities. Hotel Best Western The Emerald is where people stop when they are traveling through or visiting for a few days. It isn’t always a smooth ride; sometimes guests arrive late, or something in a room needs fixing right when we are at our busiest. We don't have a massive team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you might be at the desk, and the next you're helping out with something else entirely. It keeps us busy, that's for sure. The building is just a normal part of the neighborhood here. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to work every morning. We’ve had some long nights when there’s a big group staying, but it’s all part of the job. We don’t try to act like we’re some five-star palace with gold-plated everything. We just try to keep the rooms tidy and make sure people have what they need for the night. It’s hard work, and sometimes we get tired, but it’s good to see someone leave happy after a good night's rest. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, without any fuss. It's a practical way to run things in a place like this. We’ve been here at P-988 for a long time, so we know the area well.
