Hotel Beaufortinn

We are located at Cottage 30 in West Patel Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area but quite central if you know New Delhi. Running a place like Hotel Beaufortinn keeps us pretty busy day and night. We have people coming in at all hours, so someone is usually around the front desk. The building is an older style, typical for this part of Patel Nagar. We spend a lot of time making sure the linens are clean and the water is running right. It’s not a giant skyscraper hotel, just a more personal spot. My desk is often a mess of keys and register books. We see a lot of people passing through for work or family visits. The neighbors know us well since we’ve been on this street for quite some time. In the mornings, the smell of breakfast usually fills the hallway. We don’t do big fancy advertisements; most people just find us by walking by or word of mouth. Sometimes the street gets a bit blocked with cars, but that’s just Delhi for you. We just try to keep the rooms tidy and the guests comfortable without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple operation, really. We handle the check-ins, fix whatever breaks, and wait for the next person to arrive. It's just the way we've always done things here at our cottage. We just keep the light on and the door ready.
