Hotel Bamyan Lajpatnagar

We are located at 6-A Ring Road in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Being right on the Ring Road means it is very easy to find Hotel Bamyan, but it also means the sound of traffic is something we hear all day and night. It’s a central spot in Lajpat Nagar, which is one of the busiest parts of the city. The building is an older one, and we have been here for quite some time now. We aren't a five-star luxury place with marble floors everywhere, but we have rooms for people who need a place to stay in this part of Delhi. The location is the main thing for us. People stay here because they can get to other parts of the city quickly from the Ring Road. We have a small staff who looks after the rooms and the guests. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them quickly, like a leaky tap or a light bulb that has gone out unexpectedly. It’s just the way it is with older buildings. We don't have a massive fancy restaurant, just a basic setup for our guests. The area around us is full of shops and markets, so there is always something happening right outside our door. It’s a very honest kind of place. We just try to keep the rooms clean and make sure people have what they need for their stay while they are in Delhi.
