Hotel Ajay Allahabad

Hotel Ajay is tucked away in the Kareli area of Allahabad, right there at B-1046 G.T. B.Nagar. It’s a modest building and we’ve been here serving guests for quite some time now. We aren't one of those massive luxury chains you see in the city center, but we keep the rooms clean and the fans running. People usually come to us because they need a place to stay while visiting relatives or if they have work nearby in the neighborhood. The area around G.T. B.Nagar is fairly lively, so there’s always something going on outside. We handle the check-ins ourselves and make sure everyone gets their keys and knows where things are. Sometimes the power goes out like it does in many parts of town, but we deal with it as best as we can. It’s a practical place to rest your head for a night or two. We spend a lot of our time making sure the linens are fresh and checking if the plumbing is holding up okay. Most of our guests are regulars who know what to expect when they walk through the door. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a desk and a chair where someone is usually sitting to help out. Life in Allahabad moves at its own pace, especially during the hot summer months, and we just try to keep things comfortable for whoever walks in.
