Hote Le Meridien

B-128 in Lajpat Nagar is where we set up shop. This part of Delhi is always moving, especially with the markets nearby. Hote Le Meridien is basically just a small office space we’ve had for a good while. It’s on a street that gets quite a lot of foot traffic, but our actual room is a bit further back, so it stays relatively quiet during the day. We have a few desks and a computer that’s a bit slow, but it gets the job done eventually. Most of the time, the day is spent handling phone calls and talking to people who drop in because they saw the name on the door. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We usually take our lunch together around 2:00 PM, and if the weather is nice, we might stand out on the pavement for a bit. There’s a lot of dust because of the construction work always happening in Lajpat Nagar, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables. It isn't a polished corporate environment by any means. It’s more like a place where you can sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what needs to be fixed. We don't use fancy words or try to impress anyone with big talk. We’re just here in Delhi-24, doing our thing every day until the sun goes down and it’s time to lock up and head home.
