Our place is at 35 Masigarh, right in the Jamia Nagar area of New Delhi. We just call the business Hospitality. It’s a simple name for what we do. The building is a bit older, like most things in this part of town. Jamia Nagar is always crowded, with people everywhere and bikes squeezing through the lanes. We are tucked away a bit at number 35. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but that makes it a little quieter for us. We handle all sorts of guest services and making sure people have a place to stay or things they need. It’s not a massive hotel chain. It’s just us on the ground, making sure the rooms are clean and the water is running. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi 25 makes it hard for deliveries to get through, but we manage. We’ve been here for a few years now. The people who work here are like family. We sit out front when the weather is nice. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. We just rely on people finding us and liking the way we do things. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the basics and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here in Masigarh. We like the community here and the way people look out for one another.
