We have been here in Ashok Vihar at the Sawan Park area for quite some time now. Horizon Holidays (P) Ltd. Newdelhi isn't a big fancy place, just our office over at 48-A Phase-3 where we handle travel stuff. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is dropping by to ask about a trip they want to take. It gets a bit messy with all the brochures and papers on the desks, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the tickets and bookings sorted out for people who come in. Most the folks who work here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood spot. There is always tea going and sometimes it gets loud when we are all trying to fix a flight problem or something. We don't have a giant team, just a few of us making sure things work. The building itself is easy to find if you know the Phase-3 area. People mostly come to us through word of mouth, which is how things usually go around here. We just try to get the job done without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking takes longer than it should, but that is just how it is. We stay busy enough. If you walk past Sawan Park, you will see us there doing our thing every day. It is just a regular office life for us, helping people get where they need to go. The fans stay on while we work through the afternoon.
