Holidays

We set up shop at C-20 on the ground floor in Sector 15 of Noida. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in Gautam Buddh Nagar. We just call the place Holidays. It’s not a very big office, just enough room for our desks and a place for people to sit if they come in to talk. Sector 15 is a busy part of Noida, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We spend our time looking at maps and booking hotels for people. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds. Mostly it’s just a lot of typing and being on the phone. We have some old travel magazines on the coffee table that people look at while they wait. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a bit scuffed here and there. We aren't worried about looking like a high-end corporate office. We just want to get the job done. It gets quite busy during the holiday seasons, and the office can feel a bit small then. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea. Most of us have worked here for a few years now. We know the area well, where to get the best lunch or where the traffic gets stuck. If you’re walking past C-20, you’ll see our small sign on the door. We just do our work and go home like everyone else. It’s a basic, honest operation here. We've been here for a while.
