We’re a travel company based right in New Delhi. The name is Holidaymood Pvt Ltd, and we’ve been helping people with their trips for a good few years now. Our office is a simple place where we spend our days looking at maps and booking flights or hotels. We don’t have a big, fancy headquarters with glass walls. It’s more of a functional space with folders piled up and a few posters of mountains on the walls. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from families looking for a beach holiday to individuals who just need a train ticket. Delhi is a huge city, and there are many places like ours, but we just try to be straightforward with people. If a hotel is bad, we tell them. If a flight is likely to be delayed, we mention it. We don't use scripts or polished sales pitches. It’s just us talking to customers like regular people. Sometimes the work gets a bit monotonous with all the data entry, but it picks up when someone asks for a trip to somewhere unusual. We enjoy the puzzle of fitting a trip into a specific budget. It's just a few of us here, and we know each other's coffee orders by heart. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to help you get out of the city for a bit and have a decent break.
