Holiday Regency

We are based out of Gupta Hostel in the Shakarpur area of Lakshmi Nagar. It’s a crowded part of Delhi, and finding us the first time can be a bit tricky if you don't know the landmarks. We share the space, so it's always pretty lively around here. There’s always someone coming or going. Holiday Regency is what we call our operation, though we’re really just a handful of people trying to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with bookings and questions. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and tea cups. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we have a system that works for us. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, especially with the rickshaws and the market nearby, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything. We just try to be helpful when someone asks for something. If we don't know the answer, we look it up. It’s a lot of work staying on top of everything, especially during the busy seasons. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our records straight. Living and working in Lakshmi Nagar means you have to be patient with the crowds and the pace of things. We’re just local folks doing our part in the middle of it all, trying to make things work without much of a headache.
