Our office is down in the upper ground floor at D 1 in New Rajinder Nagar. It's a decent spot, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying a lot of papers. We spend most of our time looking at maps and booking tickets for people who want to see different parts of the country. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized when schedules change, but we manage. There are usually a few of us sitting around the desks, talking to people on the phone or trying to figure out train timings. Rajendar Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street coming in. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the local regulars who stop in just to ask a quick question about a bus or a flight. We don’t have any big signs or neon lights, just the name on the door. It’s a simple setup with a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes. People come to us when they need to get from one place to another without a headache. We just try to get the details right. It’s mostly about making sure the dates and names match up on the bookings. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping folks get their travel sorted out from our small corner here in the D 1 building. We usually have the radio on in the background to fill the silence.
