Holiday Garden Resort, Patna

People in Patna know how hot it gets, so we have some trees at Holiday Garden Resort. It’s not a huge park or anything, but it’s our place. We mostly handle functions and people staying over for family stuff. The address is just Patna, Bihar, which sounds vague but most locals find us once they get near the main road. We started this because there wasn't much space for folks to gather. The lawn takes a lot of work, especially with the Bihar summers. Sometimes the grass gets a bit dry, but we try to water it when the pump is working right. We have a few rooms too. They are basic, just a bed and a fan or AC depending on what you pay. It’s not like those fancy hotels in the big cities. We just run a simple operation here. My cousin helps with the bookings and I handle the maintenance. It gets really loud during wedding season. Music plays until late and the neighbors sometimes complain, but that’s just how it is here. We have some chairs that have seen better days, and we might replace them next year if the business goes well. Most people who come here are from nearby villages or other parts of the city. We don't have a big sign, just a small one by the gate. It's a decent place for a quiet talk if there isn't a party going on.
