Our office is located at 1/11273B in Subhash Park, which is part of the Naveen Shahdara area in Delhi. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the streets, but we like it. We’ve got the IATA certification, which means we can handle the official stuff for flights, but we don’t let that go to our heads. We’re just a regular group of people working in a busy part of 110032. Every morning we open up, get the fans going, and start looking through the latest travel schedules. Shahdara has a lot of heart, even if it gets a bit dusty and loud during the rush hours. We spend a lot of time talking to families and business travelers who need to get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking dates and prices on the screen. Sometimes the tea stall down the road brings over snacks while we’re working through a pile of bookings. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the desks are sturdy and the work gets done. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. If you need a ticket or some help with a tour, we’re here in Subhash Park just doing our bit to help people see a bit more of the world. It keeps us on our toes every single day and the phone never stops.
