Hitech Telecom

If you go up to the first floor of Crown Plaza in Sector 15 you will find us at Shop No F5. It is a decent spot inside the mall where we spend most of our day. Hitech Telecom has been here for a bit now and we mostly handle mobile repairs and accessories. Faridabad is a busy place and being in the plaza means we see a lot of faces. Some people come in while they are shopping for clothes and realize their phone battery is dying. We have chargers and cables hanging on the walls. It is not a huge shop but we make the most of the space we have. The glass counters stay full of different gadgets. Sometimes the mall gets really crowded on weekends and we have to work fast. It can be a bit noisy with all the people around but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time looking at small screws and phone parts under the desk lamps. It is quiet work in a loud building. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just find us when they need a screen fixed or a new tempered glass. We keep our tools ready and try to stay organized though it gets messy when we are busy. Being on the first floor is nice because we can see people walking below and it feels connected.
