If you go to Crown Plaza in Faridabad Sector 15, that's where Hitech Telecom is. You have to go up to the 1st Floor to Shop No F5 to find us. It’s a decent spot inside the mall. We deal with mobile repairs and selling accessories. Being on the first floor means we get a mix of people just walking by and those looking specifically for us. The shop isn't huge but we have enough space for the repair desk and a few display cases. We fix screens, batteries, and software issues. Sometimes a repair is quick and sometimes it takes all afternoon. Crown Plaza is a well-known place in Sector 15 so it's easy for people to give directions. We have been here for a while now. We’ve seen many other shops come and go. It’s a lot of work staying up to date with all the new phone models. My brother and I run the place together. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It’s just a local business trying to do its part. We talk to our customers like neighbors because many of them are. If the shop is busy, you might have to wait a bit, but we get to everyone eventually. We don't make big promises, we just try to fix the phones that come in. It’s a simple setup at F5.
