Hitc Travels Pvt. Ltd.

We have been set up in Ashok Nagar for a good bit now. Our office at Hitc Travels Pvt. Ltd. is located right at 65/5, which is quite close to the Tilak Nagar area. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and you can always hear the traffic moving outside our windows. We are just a small group of people working here every day. Most of our time is spent on the computers or answering the phone when people call to ask about tickets. The office isn't very fancy, just some desks and chairs and a lot of paper folders. We try to help everyone who walks in as much as we can. Sometimes the internet is slow and it makes things a bit difficult, but we get through the work. We’ve been at this same spot for a while and the people in the neighborhood know us. There is a tea stall nearby where we usually go for a break in the afternoon. It’s a very normal, local workplace. We don't do big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We spend a lot of time double-checking names and dates to make sure everything is right. It can be a lot of typing. We keep the place tidy but it definitely looks like a working office with stuff piled up. We just come in, do the job, and go home.
