We run H.I.S (India) Travels Pvt. Ltd from our office in Najaf Garh. You can find us at D-59/A in Gali No 04, within Ishwar Colony. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to get out here to New Delhi-110043, but we’ve made this place our home. The office isn't something you’d see in a magazine. It’s a practical space where we have our maps, our computers, and way too many notebooks piled up on the side tables. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because we’d rather just focus on the travel arrangements themselves. The street outside can get pretty cramped with vehicles and people going about their business, but inside it’s usually just the sound of us typing away or talking to someone on the phone. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just being honest about what’s possible. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a flight is delayed or a hotel is full, we just tell it like it is and find another way. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing the printer. We like the local feel of Ishwar Colony. It keeps us grounded and reminds us that business is really just about helping people get where they need to go. We just take things as they come.
