Himsudha Travel Pvt. Ltd. is our little business located at D-473 West Vinod Nagar. We have been in this part of Delhi 110092 for quite a long time now. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we sit and help people with their travel plans. Most days, it’s just us answering the phones and trying to find the best routes for folks. West Vinod Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always noise outside from the traffic and the markets. We have a lot of maps and old files piled up on the desks because we’ve been doing this for so many years. Some people prefer booking everything on their phones these days, but we still have locals who walk in just to talk to us and get their tickets printed. It’s nice to have that connection with the neighborhood. We handle all sorts of stuff, from train tickets to family holidays. Sometimes things get a bit messy when everyone wants to travel at the same time, like during the holidays. We just try to keep things organized and make sure nobody’s paperwork is missing. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from making tea to sorting out flight delays. We just do our work and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
