You can find us at A-1 Oriental Enclave, which is over in I.P. Extension, Patpar Ganj. We are in unit 32 of the enclave. This is our main office where we plan things for the Himalayan Ski Village. Obviously, there isn’t any snow here in Delhi, so we spend a lot of time talking about the mountains while sitting in this heat. It’s a regular office setup in a residential-style complex. We have maps of the mountain areas pinned to the walls and lots of project files stacked on the desks. Patpar Ganj is a busy part of East Delhi, and the enclave is usually quite quiet compared to the main roads outside. We spend our days coordinating with people on the ground up north and handling the administrative side of things. It’s a small team here. We often have tea together and discuss the latest updates from the project site. Sometimes visitors come by to ask about the village, and we show them what we're working on. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working office where real planning happens. We've got a lot of work ahead of us, and this is where the foundation gets laid. It’s honest, steady work and we take it one day at a time. We like the neighborhood here and have settled into a nice routine over the years. It feels like a second home now.
