Himalayan River Runners (I) Pvt Ltd is based out of Mahavir Enclave in the Palam area. Our address is I-28A on Som Bazar road. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Goyal Hardware Shop, which is a good landmark because the streets around here can get a bit confusing. Palam is always moving and there is a lot of dust and noise, which is funny because we spend our time thinking about cold mountain rivers and rafting. The office is a simple room filled with folders, some old gear, and photos from trips we have taken. It is not a fancy place by any means. We spend most of the day on the phone or sending emails to people who want to go up to the mountains. When the Som Bazar market is on, the whole street gets packed with people and stalls, so it can be a bit of a challenge just to get to the door. We have a small staff and we all just sit together and figure out the logistics for the next season. There is usually a dusty computer and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We are just people who like the outdoors and happen to run the business from this little corner of New Delhi. It is practical and it serves our needs for keeping the trips organized.
