Hilton Travels

Our office is in Nangal Raya, specifically at Wz 1671. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know how tight the lanes can be. It is a lively area with a lot of small shops selling everything from light bulbs to spices. We have been in this spot for a bit now. The space inside is mostly filled with desks and a lot of paper. Travel planning involves more paperwork than people think, even these days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules on the screens. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when more than a few people are inside at once. The fan on the ceiling makes a clicking noise that we have all just learned to ignore. Outside, the street is always moving. You see delivery bikes weaving through the traffic and the local vegetable sellers calling out their prices. We usually take turns going out to get samosas or tea from the guy down the road. It keeps us going through the afternoon slump. There is no big sign outside, just the name on the door. It feels more like a workshop than a showroom, which suits us just fine. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the details are right for whoever is heading out on a trip next. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
