Hilton Hotel

The Hilton Hotel we run is located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, specifically at B-1/402 in the Lotus Pond area. It’s a fairly quiet residential neighborhood compared to the center of Delhi, which makes it a decent place for people to get some rest. We have a set of rooms that we keep ready for travelers or people visiting their relatives nearby. The building is just a regular structure and we don't have any massive neon signs or anything like that. A few of us handle everything from checking guests in at the front desk to making sure there are fresh towels in the bathrooms. We spend a lot of time on the phone taking bookings or explaining how to find the building, as the streets around here can be a bit confusing for newcomers. There isn't a fancy restaurant or a big spa here; it's just a straightforward place to stay. Most of the time, we’re busy with the laundry or fixing a leaky tap in one of the rooms. We don't use any corporate scripts when we talk to guests. We just try to be helpful and make sure the wifi is working well enough for people to do their work. It’s a basic operation and we take pride in keeping things clean and organized without making a big fuss about it. We’re just local people providing a place for others to sleep.
