Highland Tours

We work out of B- 172 in the SFS Flats at Sheikh Sarai, specifically in Phase 1. It is a pretty standard spot in New Delhi and we have been here for a good amount of time now. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks, a few chairs, and some computers where we handle all the Highland Tours stuff. Most days start with us opening up the shutters and letting some air in before the heat gets too bad. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out itineraries for people who want to see different parts of the country. Outside, you can hear the usual sounds of the neighborhood, like the vendors calling out or the cars passing by on the main road. The SFS Flats are a bit like a maze if you aren't used to them, but we like it here because it feels like a real community. We keep our records in some old filing cabinets and try to stay on top of the bookings. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few drivers come in at once to pick up their papers. The walls have some old calendars and the furniture has seen better days. We don't have a big reception desk or anything fancy like that. Usually, there is a half-finished cup of tea sitting somewhere. It’s a practical space. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs doing.
