Highland Hotel Dubai , Uae

We handle the Delhi side of things for Highland Hotel Dubai, UAE. Our office is located at 266-P in Ward No.2. It’s a bit of a funny setup being in New Delhi while the hotel is over there, but it works for us. The space here is pretty basic. We’ve got a couple of desks and some old brochures. Ward No.2 is a busy area. There’s always someone walking by or a car honking. We spend most of our time talking to people about their trips. It’s a lot of coordination between here and the UAE. We’ve been at this 266-P address for a good stretch of time. The building is older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We don’t mind, though. It’s a practical place to work. We aren't trying to be a fancy travel lounge. It’s just a place where we sit and get the job done. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors, but we always get it sorted out eventually. We know the people on our street quite well. It’s a tight-knit spot. We just focus on making sure the bookings are right and the travelers are happy with their plans. It is a long day usually, but we enjoy the rhythm of the work and the people we meet along the way. Every morning starts with a fresh list of things to do.
