Our place is Highland Holiday Homes and we are located at 74-B on Sehat Pur Road in Faridabad. It’s just a simple office in the 121003 area. We have been here for a good amount of time, seeing the road get busier and busier every year. The office itself is quite basic with a few desks and some chairs for guests. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at property papers. The fan makes a bit of noise in the corner, but you get used to it after ten minutes. It’s a family-run kind of thing mostly. We handle holiday homes because we know the area and we like talking to people who are looking for a break. Sehat Pur Road can get quite muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of that. Most people find us because they saw the sign or heard about us from someone in the neighborhood. We keep things pretty informal here. You can come in, sit down, and we will talk about what you need while we have some chai. It’s just how we do things in Fbd. We try to keep our records straight but sometimes things get a bit messy on the desk when it’s busy. It’s a real office run by real people who just want to get through the workday.
