We run Highland Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd. from our place at Z 170 in Kashmiri Colony. It's over in Najafgarh. We've been here a while now. When people think of New Delhi, they don't always think of this corner, but we like it here. It's just a regular office where we handle all the holiday bookings and paperwork. You won't find anything fancy when you walk in, just desks and a few chairs. My cousin helps out with the phones most days. We started this because we liked traveling ourselves, and it just kind of grew into a business over the years. Some days it gets pretty busy with people calling about trips, and other days it is quiet enough to actually get through the mail. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks for a place to stay, we look it up and tell them what's available. It's not complicated. Sometimes the internet goes slow in this part of Najafgarh, which can be a bit of a pain when we're trying to book stuff, but we manage. We aren't some big corporate chain with hundreds of people. It’s just us working out of this spot in 110043. We know the area well. Most of our neighbors know us too. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the Kashmiri Colony entrance. It's easy to miss if you aren't looking.
