We are set up in Laxmi Nagar, working out of the space managed by Shally Kumar. Laxmi Nagar is one of those places in Delhi that never really seems to go to sleep. There are always people on the move, and our office is right in the thick of all that movement. We spend our days looking at travel maps, talking on the phone, and trying to figure out the best ways for people to get from one city to another. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a flight is delayed or a bus just doesn't show up. We aren't some big corporate machine; we’re just a group of people who know how to navigate the travel world. We have an ISO certification hanging on the wall in a frame, but we don't really talk about it much. Most of our day is spent answering the same questions and writing down customer details on little notepads. The office is often full of the sound of keyboards clicking and people chatting about their next holiday. We drink way too much tea and the small trash can is usually full of empty biscuit wrappers by the time five o'clock rolls around. It’s a lively place to be most of the time. We’ve been in Delhi for a while and we’ve learned how to handle the chaos that comes with the travel business. It’s just how we work.
