Our office is located at R-97 in the Khirki Extension area of Malviya Nagar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, 110017, and if you’ve ever been through these lanes, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the scooters and delivery bikes. We’ve been operating Hi Tours India Pvt Ltd from this spot for quite a while now. It’s a standard residential-looking building that we use for our workspace. The neighbors are mostly families and other small businesses, so it feels like a real community. We handle a lot of phone calls and bookings throughout the day. It’s not some big glass tower, just a regular room with desks and computers. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break on the balcony. The street outside is always full of people walking to the market. We don't really do much advertising around the neighborhood, people just know we're here. Working in Malviya Nagar means we're close to everything, which is handy for us. We just keep our heads down and get the itineraries sorted. It’s a lot of typing and checking schedules on old monitors. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage to get things done. It’s a simple life here at the office. We don't try to be anything we're not. Just a group of people working in a small space in South Delhi. That’s pretty much the whole story of us in this building at R-97.
