It’s a small shop, mostly filled with tools and parts for fixing phones. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a pretty tight space, so if more than three people come in at once, it feels crowded. We spend our days looking through magnifying glasses and handling tiny screws that are easy to lose. The lighting isn't the best, but we’ve added some extra lamps to help us see what we’re doing. Working in Old Roshan Pura is interesting because you see a lot of the same people every day. We don’t have a website or any of that fancy stuff. We just have our door open from morning until late evening. Sometimes we get parts delivered that aren't quite right, and we have to send them back, which is a pain, but that’s the business. We just like fixing things.
