Our place is over in Mandawli, right near Laxmi Nagar in Delhi. The building is C 76A and it’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't from the area. The street is narrow and there are always scooters parked everywhere. Hgfvghfvghvhgvhg is the name we use, even if it looks like a lot of letters typed at once. We work in a small space that we’ve made our own. There is a lot of dust from the construction happening down the road so we are always cleaning our desks. It gets quite crowded in this part of Delhi. We share the floor with a few other people so it’s never really quiet. We don't have fancy furniture or any decorations on the walls. Just some sturdy tables and chairs that do the job. The air conditioner works most of the time but we rely on the ceiling fans quite a bit. Lunch usually comes from one of the shops on the main road. We spend our hours typing and talking and making sure the records are updated. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine but it works for us. We know where everything is kept even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. The days go by fast when there is a lot to do. We just keep showing up and doing the work without much fuss.
