Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates is located at House Number 1, Shanti Niwas, in the Arjun Nagar area of Safdarjung Enclave. It’s a residential-looking building, which makes for a different kind of workday than being in a downtown office tower. We are right here in New Delhi, dealing with all sorts of business tasks. Our office is basically a house that we’ve set up for work. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel, which we actually prefer. We aren't trying to impress anyone with marble floors or glass elevators. We just have our desks set up and we get to work on the projects we have in front of us. Most of what we do involves looking at details and making sure everything is in order. Arjun Nagar is a busy place, but once you step inside Shanti Niwas, it’s a bit more relaxed. We have our coffee together in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs bark outside, or you hear the vendors going by. It’s just life in Delhi. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. We’ve been at this address for a while and it suits us fine. We don't need much more than a quiet space and a good connection to do what we do. It’s practical and it works for the team we have here.
