Manak Pura is one of those parts of Karol Bagh that is always moving. Our office at 10667 is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. If you know New Delhi, you know Karol Bagh is a maze of streets and shops. We are tucked away in a spot that feels very local. The building itself has been around for a while. Inside, we have our desks set up for the daily HR and associate work we handle. It isn't a quiet place. You can hear the sounds of the street, the honking, and the vendors outside pretty much all day. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. The stairs are a bit narrow and you have to be careful when two people are passing each other. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking on the phone with people from different parts of the country. It’s a busy atmosphere but it keeps things interesting. Most of the staff takes the metro or rides their scooters through the narrow lanes to get here. There is a lot of history in these old buildings in Karol Bagh. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. It's just a functional office where we get the tasks done. Sometimes the files get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular Delhi workplace with good people working hard every day to keep things on track.
