You can find us at A-12 in Gulmohar Park, which is one of those nice, quiet spots in New Delhi. It's a bit of a change from the louder parts of the city. We handle car rentals and transportation stuff from this location. It’s mostly about managing the fleet and making sure the drivers know where they are going. We have a small office space here where we keep the keys and the logs. It’s not very fancy inside, just some desks and a map on the wall. The morning starts early for us because that’s when most people need their cars. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs. Being in Gulmohar Park is good because it’s central but doesn’t feel too hectic. Sometimes we have to deal with traffic delays or a car that needs a quick repair, which can be stressful. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We are just a group of people who make sure you can get from one place to another. We know the roads in Delhi quite well, even the shortcuts that avoid the main jams. People come to us when they need a reliable way to get around. We just focus on the cars and the schedules. It’s a simple operation, really. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the daily bookings without making things complicated for anyone who calls us up.
