Our branch is located at Ag-22 in Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. It’s a decent-sized place where we keep the cars and handle all the rental paperwork. Shalimar Bagh is a busy part of North Delhi, so there is always someone coming or going. We have a small office area where we sit and talk to customers about their rentals. It’s not a very fancy setup, just some desks and chairs and a place for the keys. We spend a lot of our time checking the vehicles and making sure they are ready for the next person. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes it hard to get cars back on time, so we have to deal with a lot of phone calls. The team here is small, and we’ve all been working together for a while. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just focus on the cars and the customers. It can get pretty hot in the summer out in the parking area, but that’s just part of the job. We keep a logbook for everything. Most of the people who rent from us are locals or people visiting family in the area. We try to keep the process simple so people can just get their keys and go. It’s a practical business, and we just try to do our best with what we have each day in this part of the city. We enjoy the work and the people we meet.
