We are over in Palam Colony at Rzf-516/7A on Street No.-36. The office for Hertz Carzonrent India Pvt. Ltd. is right near the Jaat Dharamshala, so it’s easy to find if you know that landmark. It’s a busy part of New Delhi-110045 and the street gets quite packed with cars and people. We spend our days dealing with rentals and paperwork. It’s not a fancy setup. We mostly sit at our desks or go out to check the cars when they come back. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit, but that’s just life in Sadh Nagar-Ii. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors all know us. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with fancy chairs. It’s just a practical office where we get the work done. The tea stalls nearby are where we get our morning start. Most of the time it’s just the sound of keys rattling and people talking about their travel plans. We see all kinds of people, from folks in a big hurry to tourists who are a bit lost. We just try to help them get a car and get on their way. It’s a straightforward job and we like the rhythm of it. Every day has its own set of small problems to solve, like a missing key or a flat tire, but we manage okay. The office stays open late sometimes when the flights are delayed.
