Hertz-Carzonrent India P Ltd. is located in Zamroodpur at 36, on the second floor. It’s right in the GK-1 area, which is always busy. Our office isn't one of those fancy ones you see in brochures. It’s just a place where we keep the files and manage the car bookings. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking the logs for the vehicles. Delhi traffic is a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time trying to coordinate where the drivers are. It gets pretty loud outside because of the market and all the people. We don't have a big reception area or anything. It is mostly just desks, some old chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the tea arrives late and the internet cuts out, but we keep going. If you come by, it’s just us working away. We handle the rentals and the corporate accounts from this small spot. It is a bit cramped but it serves the purpose for what we do every day. We just focus on the cars and the customers without any extra fuss.
