Our office is located at A-54 in the New Multan Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a residential kind of neighborhood, so it is a bit more quiet than the big commercial markets. We have been running this travel business for quite a few years now. We handle all kinds of bookings and help people plan out their trips. Inside the office, we have a few computers and some old travel posters on the walls that have probably been there since we started. We don't really bother with changing the furniture or the decorations. It is just a place where we sit down with people from the neighborhood and try to help them figure out their travel dates and tickets. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to airlines and hotels to get things sorted. Sometimes the booking systems are very slow, which can be a bit annoying when someone is waiting right there in the office. We know the city and the travel business well because we have seen it change so much over the years. We aren’t like those big websites where you can’t talk to anyone. We are just a local shop where you can walk in and ask questions. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for a long time. We just try to get the tickets right and we don’t make a big fuss.
