Heritage Holidays Pvt.Ltd is found at F-16 in Saidulajab, New Delhi. We spend our time here planning out holiday trips for people who want to see different parts of India or go abroad. The office at F-16 isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We have shelves full of old brochures and notebooks where we jot down ideas for itineraries. Saidulajab is a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but once you find our building, it’s a quiet place to sit and talk about travel. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team that likes to get the details right. Delhi is a busy place to work, so we try to keep things calm in the office. We spend hours on the phone with hotels and transport people, trying to make sure everything is lined up. It takes a lot of patience to get every booking exactly right, and sometimes things go wrong with the airlines or the hotels, but we just fix them and move on. We have been at this address for quite some time and have seen the neighborhood change around us. It’s a steady job and we enjoy the rhythm of it. Most days are just spent making sure the plans are in order.
