Heritage Holidays Pvt Ltd is based at G-3 in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly famous for furniture, but we’ve carved out our own little spot here. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to step out for a quick break or a snack from the local vendors. It’s a pretty basic setup inside. We have some old desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of paperwork. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have stacks of folders and maps everywhere. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. The traffic in Kirti Nagar can be a nightmare, so we’ve gotten used to the constant honking outside. It just becomes background noise after a while. Our team is small and we don’t really care for formalities. We just get in, do what needs to be done, and head home. We’ve been at this G-3 address for quite some time now, so the neighbors know us well. We don’t put much effort into looking fancy. We’d rather focus on the actual work that needs finishing. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. It’s a straightforward business run by regular people who just happen to be in New Delhi. That’s really all there is to it for us.
