We run Helpline Hospitality out of a small place in Bhagwan Nagar, right near Ashram in New Delhi. It’s a facility management company, which basically means we take care of buildings and stuff like that. We’ve got housekeepers, guards, and maintenance guys who go out to different sites. The office at number 60 is where we keep all the supplies and do the hiring. It’s a busy little spot. There’s always someone coming in to pick up a uniform or sign some papers. Ashram is a crowded area, so getting in and out can be a headache with the traffic. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our guys working. It’s a tough business because things are always breaking or needing a clean. We just try to keep up with the calls. Sometimes we’re short-staffed, and everyone has to pitch in. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years now. People around here know us. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the work done every day. It’s a lot of running around, but that’s how facility management goes. We handle the dirty work so other people don't have to. It is hard work but someone has to do it.
