We are based over in Madangir, right in the DDA flats at House 30. Lane 12 gets a bit busy some days with the neighbors and the local traffic, but that is just how it is around here. Helpline Hospitality Limited has been operating from this spot for a good while now. Most days it is just us handling the usual hospitality stuff that comes through the door. It is not some fancy glass building with a lobby, just a regular workplace near Pushpa Bhawan. We keep track of the bookings, answer the phones, and try to stay on top of the never-ending paperwork. Sometimes the tea runs out or the printer starts acting up, but we get by. It is a local operation through and through. We do not really do those big corporate speeches or pretend to be something we are not. People just know where to find us if they need help with their guest house needs or staff coordination. The neighborhood is mostly families and small local shops, which actually suits our way of working just fine. We have been in this exact spot for years, seeing the lanes change and the people come and go. Some people think hospitality is all about fancy uniforms, but for us, it is mostly about sitting at the desk and making sure the small details are actually right. It is a lot of work, honestly. We just show up every morning, and the day goes by fast.
