Hello Tele Services

We’ve been running Hello Tele Services at Madipur A-539 for quite a few years now. It’s just a small spot where people from the neighborhood bring their mobile phones when something goes wrong. Most days it’s pretty routine, just fixing cracked screens or helping someone who forgot their password again. We don't have any fancy office or anything like that, just a counter and some tools in the back. My cousin helps me out when things get busy, especially on weekends when everyone seems to drop their phones at once. The shop sits right in the middle of the residential block, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s nice knowing the people who live around here. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive if it's an older model, but we tell folks straight if it's going to be a wait. We also keep some basic stuff like cables and screen guards because they sell fast. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we know where everything is. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Delhi or anything. We just want to do a decent job so people keep coming back. If you’re walking past A-539 and need something checked, you can just walk in. We’re usually there until late evening unless something comes up. It’s a simple business.
