Hello Tel

Hello Tel is located in the Alfa Commercial Belt 1. It’s a lively spot with a lot of foot traffic from students and office workers. We handle mobile phones, accessories, and all the little things that go along with them. Our shop isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we use the counter space. Usually, there’s someone at the front looking at a new screen protector or asking about a charger. We do a lot of repairs right here on the spot. It’s mostly just us behind the glass, working with tiny screws and cables. The light is bright so we can see what we’re doing. Sometimes the music from the shop next door is a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We keep a good variety of cases on the walls to make the place look a bit more colorful. It’s not a fancy corporate showroom. It’s just a place where you can get your phone fixed or pick up a spare battery without any fuss. We stay open late most nights because that’s when people realize they’ve broken their screen or lost their cable. We don't use any complicated systems, just a simple logbook and some common sense. It’s a busy life in the commercial belt, but we enjoy the pace and seeing all the different people who pass through. The coffee machine down the street helps us stay awake.
