Our office is tucked away in the Sadhwana Apartments at E-55, which is in the 110034 zip code area of Delhi. This isn't one of those big, shiny bank branches you see in the malls. It’s a much smaller operation located right inside the apartment complex. We mostly deal with the local banking needs of people in the neighborhood, like sorting out paperwork or helping with loan documents. Because it is in an apartment, it feels very much like a home. We have a few desks and a couple of computers, and the rest of the space is filled with stacks of documents and files. It’s a bit cramped, honestly, but we manage to stay organized. People who live in the building or nearby just walk over when they have a question. There isn't any formal security check like at a big office building, just the usual gate for the apartments. Our staff is small, and we spend a lot of time talking to folks and explaining things in simple terms. The lighting isn't the best in the back room, so we use a few extra desk lamps. It’s a quiet place where we can focus on the details without all the noise of a main road. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to get the forms filled out correctly and help people manage their money. It’s just a simple, local place for banking chores.
