Our spot here at 338-A, Pocker-E in the LIG Flats of GTB Enclave is pretty tucked away. It’s not like those giant bank buildings you see in the city center. We operate out of this space in Delhi-110093 and it feels more like a part of the neighborhood. A lot of the people who come in live right here in the flats. We spend our mornings going through forms and checking on files. The space is a bit tight, especially when more than three people are waiting at the same time. We’ve got some old chairs for people to sit on while we work through the paperwork. It can get a little loud when the kids are playing outside in the enclave, but we don't mind much. It’s been our base for a while now. We know most of the faces that pass by the window. Dealing with money and accounts is serious work, but we try to keep things relaxed here. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we need it, which is frustrating, but we manage somehow. You won't find any marble floors or fancy art here. It is just a practical place for people to get their banking needs looked at. We mostly focus on the residents nearby. It's a quiet life in GTB Enclave compared to the rest of Delhi, and we like it that way. We just keep the records straight and help when we can. It’s simple work.
